I’m super grateful of Jenny and the entire Customer Service Team for giving me a beautiful cake on my birthday during my stay. I only asked for a simple decoration for my room but I was struck in awe when they extended extra mile by giving me a cake on my birthday. I have never experienced this extra effort from my previous hotel bookings. I had the best experience of Nha Trang because of Xavia Hotel. She even contacted me prior to check-in to let me know the room was ready and that I could check in earlier if needed. I would definitely recommend this place if you'd like to get a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Nha Trang center, while still being within walking distance.
