I’m super grateful of Jenny and the entire Customer Service Team for giving me a beautiful cake on my birthday during my stay. I only asked for a simple decoration for my room but I was struck in awe when they extended extra mile by giving me a cake on my birthday. I have never experienced this extra effort from my previous hotel bookings. I had the best experience of Nha Trang because of Xavia Hotel. You can rest assured that your world class customer service will be shared to my entire Filipino friends. Thank you so much once again Xavia Hotel Team. I will definitely stay in Xavia Hotel on my next trip to Nha Trang. God bless Y’all. The excellent view from my suite room is a must when you visit Nha Trang.

Had such an amazing stay at Xavia! The breakfast was fantastic, we received a free room upgrade, and the staff was incredible—especially Jenny, who catered to all our needs. She even contacted me prior to check-in to let me know the room was ready and that I could check in earlier if needed. I would definitely recommend this place if you'd like to get a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Nha Trang center, while still being within walking distance.

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I could possibly needcomfortable bed, stunning views. The facilities were topnotch, the restaurant served some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. Every detail was perfect, making my stay truly unforgettable.
